Al instalar o utilizar GalleryDiet (la «aplicación») aceptas estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo con ellos, no utilices la aplicación.
GalleryDiet te ayuda a revisar el contenido de la galería de tu dispositivo y a eliminar aquello que decidas, además de ofrecer herramientas para detectar duplicados y comprimir vídeos. Se te concede una licencia personal, no exclusiva e intransferible para usarla en tus dispositivos.
La aplicación borra archivos de tu dispositivo de forma permanente cuando tú se lo indicas. Eres el único responsable de lo que decides eliminar.
Antes de hacer limpiezas grandes, haz una copia de seguridad de lo que te importe.

La aplicación ofrece una compra única y permanente para eliminar la publicidad. Se aplican estas condiciones:
La versión gratuita se financia con publicidad. Los anuncios los sirven proveedores externos, cuyo tratamiento de datos se describe en la Política de Privacidad. La aplicación no controla el contenido concreto de los anuncios mostrados.
Te comprometes a no utilizar la aplicación para fines ilícitos, a no intentar descompilarla o alterar su funcionamiento, y a no manipular los mecanismos de compra o de publicidad.
La aplicación, su nombre, su diseño y su código son propiedad del desarrollador. Estos términos no te transfieren ningún derecho sobre ellos. Tus fotos y vídeos son y siguen siendo exclusivamente tuyos: la aplicación no reclama ningún derecho sobre tu contenido.
La aplicación se ofrece «tal cual», sin garantías de ningún tipo. No se garantiza que funcione sin interrupciones ni errores, ni que los resultados de los análisis sean exactos en todos los casos. En la medida en que lo permita la ley aplicable, se excluye la responsabilidad por daños derivados del uso o de la imposibilidad de uso de la aplicación, incluida la pérdida de datos.
Nada en estos términos limita los derechos que la normativa de consumo te reconozca de forma imperativa.
La aplicación puede evolucionar, y algunas funciones pueden modificarse o retirarse. Si estos términos cambian de forma significativa, se actualizará esta página y la fecha que figura al principio.
Estos términos se rigen por la legislación de la República de Colombia, sin perjuicio de las normas imperativas de protección al consumidor del país en el que residas.
By installing or using GalleryDiet (the "app") you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the app.
GalleryDiet helps you review your device's gallery and delete what you choose, and provides tools to detect duplicates and compress videos. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on your devices.
The app permanently deletes files from your device when you tell it to. You are solely responsible for what you choose to delete.
Back up anything you care about before doing large clean-ups.
You should understand how deletion works:
No liability is accepted for the loss of photos, videos or other files resulting from use of the app.
The app offers a one-time, permanent purchase to remove advertising. Payment is processed by the app store (Google Play) and is also subject to that store's terms. It is not a subscription and does not renew. The purchase is tied to your store account and can be restored when reinstalling or changing device, provided you use the same account. Refunds are handled through the store's policy, not by the app. The purchase removes advertising; it grants no rights over features that may be added in the future.
The free version is funded by advertising. Ads are served by third-party providers whose data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. The app does not control the specific content of the ads shown.
You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to decompile it or alter its operation, and not to tamper with its purchase or advertising mechanisms.
The app, its name, design and code belong to the developer. These terms transfer no rights over them to you. Your photos and videos are and remain exclusively yours: the app claims no rights over your content.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It is not warranted to operate uninterrupted or error-free, nor that scan results will be accurate in every case. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for damages arising from use or inability to use the app, including data loss, is excluded. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights granted to you on a mandatory basis.
The app may evolve, and some features may change or be withdrawn. If these terms change materially, this page and the date shown at the top will be updated.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
